Lead engineers and projects designing and developing HVAC/R tools, machines, and accessory products, from initial concepts through production-ready designs. Provide technical and production support, oversee testing and documentation, coordinate with vendors, mentor engineers, and manage up to two direct reports.
Requirements:Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, eight years of progressively demanding new product design experience, and knowledge of new product development, lean principles, 3D CAD, low-voltage PCBA, circuit design, and electronic design automation software. Candidates should also demonstrate technical communication, organization, independence, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Infor ERP, Solid Works, EPA 608 certification, Bluetooth design, and HVAC sensor experience are preferred.
