Our Deposit Operations department is growing, and we are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, shows initiative, and wants to work and learn collaboratively. Previous experience in wire transfers would be ideal. Successful candidates will possess a drive to learn and grow while always providing excellent customer service.

• Process Incoming and Outgoing Wire Transfers in a timely, accurate manner
• Balance internal applications and correspondent bank accounts
• Support Payment Systems exceptions including Debit Card disputes, ACH returns Check adjustments, and Fed Now transactions
• Internal Resource for Problem Solving and Research
• Accounts Payable
• Miscellaneous Duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize work, have critical thinking skills and meet deadlines
• Ability to research, interpret, analyze, and report operational data clearly
• Proficiency in standard Windows office programs

• Proficient with Wire Transfers
• Prior Fraud experience – especially utilizing Verafin
