This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Finance, located in Bloomington, MN. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements and reporting, handle budgets, and monitor the company’s financial health. This role includes evaluating and improving financial strategies, collaborating with senior leadership on company growth initiatives, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The chosen candidate will play a critical part in shaping the financial framework of the organization.

• Proficiency in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting
• Strong command of Financial Statements and their management
• Excellent Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Experience in developing and executing financial strategies
• Proven leadership and managerial skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience in the real estate development or asset management industry is an advantage
