Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals, book appointments, and support beauty events.
- Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and maintain a clean, organized department.
- Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
- Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
