Experienced Call Center Scheduler – GI Clinic
Interim Healthcare is looking for caring individuals like you to join our growing team! As a Call Center Scheduler, you are an integral part of the patient experience in a clinic! From scheduling regular appointments or procedures, you are often the first impression that patients have with the clinic so you set the tone and make a difference with each interaction.
Pay: $30.74 to $32.86/ hour depending on experience.
Hours:
Approximately 8a-5p M-F but hours can vary depending on the assignment.
Location:
St. Paul and St. Louis Park
- Experience with the EPIC scheduling
- Background in medical scheduling
- Past work in a call center environment
- Attention to detail
- Good phone etiquette
- Must have great attendance and punctuality
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Answering phone promptly
- Patient registration
- Assisting with both regular appointments and various procedures
- Insurance and demographic information updates
- Administrative duties as needed
