• Pharmacists will be reviewing and evaluating if prescribed medication for a client is effective and appropriate.
• Evaluating and determining if specific changes to clinical criteria will allow for streamlined processing.
• Utilizing drug knowledge and information to create and modify clinical criteria.
• Responsible for creating/modifying criteria and branching logic utilized in making clinical determination of appropriateness.

• Must have clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of MN.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a Pharmacist.
• Knowledge or understanding of clinical drug criteria or drug policies.
• Detailed oriented.

Hours for this Position: M-F, 8:30-5:30pm

Pay Rate: $ (negotiated based on relevant experience)
