As a BCBA in our center-based ABA program
, you ll play a key role in helping children on the autism spectrum thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care. From developing behavior intervention plans to mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with families, your work will directly shape the outcomes we deliver.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments
- Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Supervise RBTs and clinical team members
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track progress
- Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proven ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
- Strong grasp of ABA principles and data-driven decision-making
- LBS (Licensed Behavior Specialist) required by MN state guidelines
