Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy takes a holistic approach to autism therapy, focusing on the unique needs of each child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We specialize in early intervention and create individualized treatment plans tailored to the strengths and developmental goals of each child. Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, and social skills training, we provide comprehensive care.

Our team of licensed therapists and specialists collaborates closely in a safe and sensory-friendly environment to foster growth and development. Additionally, we place great emphasis on parent involvement, offering workshops and resources to empower families.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bloomington, MN, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans for children with ASD, and implementing behavior management strategies. Key responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to therapists, conducting parent education sessions, tracking progress through data collection, and collaborating with the therapy team to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.

The BCBA will actively support children and families in achieving meaningful developmental and behavioral goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Knowledge and experience in Behavior Management and Psychology.
  • Experience in Parent Education and fostering family involvement in therapy processes.
  • BCBA certification in good standing is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to a variety of individual child needs.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
