As a Part Time Dishwasher at the Hilton Bloomington, you will sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations throughout the hotel, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to the proper area of the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipate event order needs, and perform additional assigned duties.

• No prior experience required. Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants, or general housekeeping helpful.
• Ability to tolerate varied working conditions and perform physical activities like standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing up to 150 lbs, and working in fast‑paced, noisy, and potentially confining environments.
• Must be able to change activities quickly.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
