Position: Security Officer (2nd Shift)

** As a
** Security Officer
** for the
** Radisson Blu Mall of America**, no two days will be the same. You, along with a team of other Security Officers, will be responsible for keeping the guests and employees of the hotel safe on a daily basis.

Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality Performs other duties as required by Management to provide 100% Guest Satisfaction and genuine hospitality to our Guest
** Requirements/Skills
** Associates/Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred (additional training [e.g. military, law enforcement] and education is highly desirable)
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year security experience  

Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required Previous work experience should include working in a high-volume environment, as well as, customer-service oriented atmosphere

Demonstrates strong verbal and interpersonal skills
* Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
* Ability to lift, pull, push up to 25 pounds
* Ability to squat, bend, kneel and twist
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to see, hear, speak, read and write legibly
* Ability to reach with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
* Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time up to 8 hours
* Duties may involve climbing stair and walking inclines or uneven terrain
