Recruiting Support Associate On Call

We are seeking a Recruiting Support Associate to provide flexible, on call support to our recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruiting or talent acquisition who is looking for work that flexes based on business needs
, rather than a set weekly schedule.

Hours will be scheduled within standard business hours and may vary week to week depending on hiring activity, candidate volume, and team priorities. This is a great fit for someone who wants exposure to recruiting without committing to a traditional full time or fixed part time role.

• Support sourcing and screening of entry level candidates as hiring needs arise
• Assist with building and maintaining candidate networks, including college recruiting activities
• Help prepare candidates for interviews by sharing information on roles, companies, and expectations
• Maintain positive relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Assist with reference checks and documentation
• Help manage recruiting pipelines and candidate tracking tools
• Partner with Account Managers and internal team members to support active searches
• Review resumes for relevant skills and experience
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to support recruitment efforts in compliance with staffing requirements

• Flexibility & Availability - Available to provide on call, as needed support during standard business hours as hiring demand changes.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Availability during standard business hours on a flexible, as needed basis
