We're on the lookout for a talented Cache/IRIS Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and integration of critical systems within our organization. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment where you can leverage your technical expertise to support essential healthcare operations.

• Manage and maintain Cache/IRIS databases, ensuring seamless integration across various systems.
• Update and maintain documentation and processes while complying with regulatory standards.
• Monitor database alerts for system capacity and potential issues, providing resolution documentation as needed.
• Participate in disaster recovery simulations and offer feedback to enhance current plans.
• Collaborate with vendors during application installations to meet database requirements.
• Develop utilities, scripts, and data structures consistent with the organization's database architecture.

• Four‑year degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting and a solid understanding of technical infrastructure components.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in writing technical documentation and interpreting business documents.
• Understanding of LAN and WAN networks and basic disaster recovery principles.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including participation in an on‑call rotation.

• Three years of experience in designing, maintaining, and administering Cache/IRIS Databases.
• Proficiency in IRIS Object Script, Ansible, Python, and Power Shell.
• Experience with tools like IRIS Studio, DB Visualizer, VSCode, and Git Hub.
• Epic System Manager Certification and prior healthcare industry experience.

The pay range for this role is $37 – $71 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
