Trainer, Digital Media ​/ Production

Overview

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our staff.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.
• From instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios, participate in the full training lifecycle that you will deliver.
• Work with tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to make our software more intuitive.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
