Job SummaryThe Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving organizational excellence through innovative thinking, project management, office management, operational efficiency, and cross‑functional collaboration. This position oversees front desk operations, supply systems, and administrative support to ensure smooth and professional day‑to‑day operations, strengthens volunteer engagement, and partners with leadership to drive cross‑functional initiatives. The role requires visionary leadership with hands‑on execution to identify growth opportunities and implement transformative initiatives that align with the organization’s mission and long‑term goals.
Experience/Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, operations management, or related field, or comparable combination of career and life experiences.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in operations, project management, or systems innovation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple constituencies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with nonprofit compliance, budgeting, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong skillsets in leadership supervision with an emphasis on staff development in providing trauma‑informed, survivor‑centered, and culturally responsive practices.
- Knowledge and experience in building alignment with vendors, consultants, business partnerships, and collaborations, maintaining and managing relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in public speaking, training, and meeting facilitation.
- High level of knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Office, web‑based applications, and other related forms of technology.
- Preferred 40‑hour sexual assault certification or the ability to complete training within 6 months.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends
