Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the storeManage and lead a team of automotive technicians and service advisorsEnsure exceptional customer service and satisfactionMonitor and maintain inventory levelsImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of successful store or service manager experienceMinimum of 5 years experience in the automotive repair industryDedication and commitment to providing exceptional customer serviceDemonstrated leadership and management skillsStrong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repairOutstanding communication and relationship building skillsNatural collaborator, with a desire to mentor othersAnalytical and goal-oriented mindsetStrong POS and computer aptitudeValid driver’s licenseStore Manager Benefits:
