Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Regional Director of Operations, located on-site in the Greater Bloomington and Peoria, Illinois Area. The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple facilities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards and policies and Federal and State Regulations. Daily responsibilities include leading teams, evaluating performance, managing budgets, implementing strategic initiatives, and addressing operational challenges to ensure a high standard of care and customer satisfaction.

The role also requires active communication with internal teams to foster collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Operations Management and strategic decision-making
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, trends, and performance metrics

    Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and leadership capabilities

    Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning

    Commitment to exceptional Customer Service and relationship management

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License required
