Automation Maintenance Technician (Aerospace Foundry) – Bloomington, MN – Finance

Responsibilities- Comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components of manufacturing and facilities equipment.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment as assigned.
- Document work performed in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts for manufacturing and facilities equipment.
- Assist with special projects as needed or assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career development.
- 2‑year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered (Mechatronics, Millwright, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electrical, or Electronics).
- 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in a manufacturing environment required.
- Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs is preferred, with a focus on Allen Bradley communication protocols.
- Computer literate with basic skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
- $34.00–36.00 per hour.
