Automation Maintenance Technician (Aerospace Foundry) – Bloomington, MN – Finance

• Comply with all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components of manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facilities equipment as assigned.
• Document work performed in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts for manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Assist with special projects as needed or assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Acquire additional certifications and credentials as required for work or career development.

• 2‑year technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered (Mechatronics, Millwright, Instrumentation and Control, Automation, Electrical, or Electronics).
• 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in a manufacturing environment required.
• Previous experience working with PLCs and VFDs is preferred, with a focus on Allen Bradley communication protocols.
• Computer literate with basic skills in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude required.
