RN; Registered Nurse) Surgery Center-Part Time​/Per Diem

There are immediate per diem/ part time needs in multiple surgery centers in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area.

The shifts are Monday through Friday 8 hour shiftsand can vary from a 6:30 am start to a 7pm end time.

$63.60 to $74.20/ Hour depending on experience

• Assisting with pre-operative preparation, including patient assessments, medication administration, and patient/family education
• Monitoring patients throughout the surgical process, including vital signs, sedation, and pain management
• Providing post-operative care, including pain management, wound care, recovery monitoring, and discharge preparation
• Communicating with patients and families to provide education and support throughout the surgical experience
• Collaborating with members of the clinical team to ensure safe and coordinated patient care
• Completing timely and accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to support excellent patient care

• ADNdegree
• Current RN license with the State of MN
• Current ACLS
• Experience working in pre-op, post-op/ PACU
