Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficient service.
• Clean and clear the tables in the dining area.
• Work closely with Servers, Management, and Guests to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Scrape dishes, separate silverware, and stack dishes in the dishwasher area.
• Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas.
• Clean up spilled food or drink, broken dishes, and remove trash and empty bottles.
• Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Treat guests to ensure their complete satisfaction; strive to exceed expectations.
• Report to work in a neat, clean uniform with good personal hygiene.
• Work as part of a team with all personnel to maintain an effective atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position starts with a $15 per hour base salary.

• Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to organize and multi-task.

This is an hourly position. Hours vary according to business needs, with shifts starting as early as 8:00 AM and ending as late as 2:00 AM, seven days a week.

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
