As the Merchandise Leader, you are the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store rocks AEO Brand Visual Standards. You execute effective Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and keep the store guest ready through replenishment.

• Support an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training, coaching the Floorset team, setting productivity goals, and ensuring all store areas meet Floorset standards.
• Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments and replenishment, identifying merchandising opportunities and game‑planning with leadership.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment so the store is always fresh.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety standards, shrink‑reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies.

• You’re passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• You excel in organization, attention to detail, priority setting and time management.
• You’re flexible and available early morning, late evening and weekends.
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills with a retail work history.
