Requirements- Direct experience required for some positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role
- High school Diploma/GED desired
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
- Must have the ability to meet or exceed sales and guest service standards
- Must be comfortable working and speaking with the public
- Must have basic computer skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stock room, and ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- Clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators necessary to drive sales
