Overview
GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T0005) role s position supports General Merchandise areas by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed, and by leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes. The role involves assisting guests, processing transactions as needed, and supporting store operations to deliver a great guest experience.
Responsibilities- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
- Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs, providing helpful information and solutions.
- Assist with backroom organization, receiving products, restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
- Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
- Execute price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
- Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
- Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services in your area to resolve guest questions and improve their experience.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance at all times; follow safety policies and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while adhering to applicable laws.
- Perform other duties based on business needs.

- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
- Work in varying temperatures and conditions; roles may include Drive-Up or carryout duties.
- Remain mobile for the duration of shifts, which may vary in length.
