What You’ll DoAs the first point of contact, you’ll guide clients with clarity and confidence:
- Qualify inbound leads for fit, scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct in-home consultations with professionalism and empathy
- Develop precise scopes and estimates in Buildertrend
- Present transparent proposals that instill trust
- Manage change orders and document decisions clearly
- Own all communications through pre-construction handoff
- Collaborate with project manager for seamless transitions
- Monitor KPIs and optimize your sales approach
We’re not just hiring experience—we want mindset, motivation, and follow-through:
- 3+ years in
interior
residential remodeling sales & estimating
(required) - Confident reading plans and contractor bids
- Strong understanding of
trade scopes and project sequencing - Highly accountable, clear communicator, and fast follow-through
- Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy
- Passion for helping clients make smart, stress-free decisions
