Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

As a member of my agency team, I will act as a mentor and provide an environment in which you can learn the insurance business and build upon your managerial skills and experiences.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day.
