Electrician/ Electrician Installation
As an Interior Electrician, you'll install, maintain, and safely distribute electricity, the driving force behind today’s Army. You’ll work on interior electrical systems, including transformers, circuit breakers, electrical boxes, and lightning rods. You'll test equipment and fix any short circuits in wires and faulty equipment, and you'll learn to read blueprints and wire plans to determine layouts and repair.
Requirements- U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card
- 17 to 34 Years Old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Meet Tattoo Guidelines
- No Major Law Violations
- No Medical Concerns
- 43 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available
- 10 weeks of Basic Training
- 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
- 93

The Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP) can reduce the length of your initial training and streamline your assignment process so you can start your Army career sooner.
