Backend Developer DataCore Technologies

At Data Core Technologies, Laravel isn't a buzzword on a slide, it's Tuesday, and we need a Backend Developer who feels the same way. The headline is $107,000 - $162,000, but the story is ownership — technology work you steer at Data Core Technologies after just 6 years.

• Enhance test automation frameworks to increase release confidence
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early
• Pull Data Core Technologies's Node.js stack out of the MN region before the migration deadline
• Build the Coaching tooling that makes every other Bloomington engineer faster
• Sit with technology users in Bloomington to learn what the Redis tool really needs

• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery
• A point of view, held loosely and defended well
• The grit to debug at 4pm on a Friday without complaint
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• The judgment to distinguish a fire drill from an actual fire

We are a genuinely-flexible technology company, and Data Core Technologies calls Bloomington, MN home. We keep our process light so engineers can spend their energy on Laravel and Express.js, not bureaucracy.

The Backend Developer role earns $107,000 - $162,000 and opens doors to cross-functional projects that accelerate your Git and Java growth.

Pulled forward to the top of the queue today, so your timing is good.
