Shipping Manager - Ecommerce

This is a full-time position for an Ecommerce Shipping Manager. The Shipping Manager will oversee and manage the shipping process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, managing logistics, and collaborating with the e-commerce and sales teams to optimize shipping operations. The role also entails problem-solving and contributing to the enhancement of shipping operations to improve customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills to monitor, assess, and improve shipping and inventory processes
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively
• Experience in E-Commerce and understanding of online order fulfillment processes
• Background in sales and marketing, with an ability to align shipping operations with business goals
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
