Key Responsibilities
- Bilingual Client Support:
Handle daily communications with clients and customers in both English and Spanish via phone and email - Payment Processing:
Process manual and electronic payments, including mail handling, check scanning, and electronic file management - Billing Operations:
Generate accurate invoices, notices, and reports using our specialized software platforms - Customer Service:
Assist clients and their customers with platform navigation and troubleshooting in their preferred language - Administrative Tasks:
Manage bulk mailings, postal services, and maintain detailed payment records - Technical Support:
Provide comprehensive assistance with our multi-platform billing software
- Fluent in both English and Spanish – speaking, reading, and writing proficiency required
- Associate’s degree in bookkeeping, office management, or related field (bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both languages
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
