Production Manager
Kawneer in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking Production Supervisors to lead teams of 10–35, ensure safety and quality, and meet daily production goals in our architectural aluminum manufacturing plant. You will drive operational performance, manage information flow, and mentor teams to achieve continuous improvement and strong employee engagement across the plant.
The role follows a 12‑hour day shift (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) on a 2‑3‑2 rotation with alternating weekends off; overtime applies for weeks over 40
