Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing primary clinical support in outpatient clinics within a team-oriented ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities include:assisting providers with patient examinations, obtaining medical histories, vital signs, and basic data; supporting diagnostic procedures and minor surgeries; collecting and preparing lab specimens; administering medications and vaccines; maintaining a clean, sterile environment; and ensuring accurate documentation for continuity of care.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required). New and experienced LPNs are welcome. Ability to provide care for patients across specific age ranges. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and adherence to policies.
Key Duties:Support provider activities, coordinate patient communication, ensure proper setup of examination rooms, and follow safety and aseptic protocols.
