Healing Partners is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical care across long-term care facilities. The role requires travel to multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities, delivering wound assessment, treatment, and coordination with physicians.
You will work a day shift, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends, and participate in a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401k. Salary range $100,000–$120,000 annually.
