Responsibilities:Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs. Deliver compassionate care, promote safety, and enhance patient satisfaction. Complete assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Evaluate intervention effectiveness and adjust care plans accordingly. Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and ancillary staff to resolve patient needs.
Participate in unit-based decision-making, quality, and safety initiatives.
Graduate from a nursing specialty training program. Ability to meet unit standards and provide comprehensive patient care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Commitment to safety and quality improvement.
Key Duties:Provide direct patient care, coordinate interdisciplinary communication, educate patients and families, and participate in quality and safety activities. Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
