As a CNA, you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
• Providing emotional support and maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
