Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience at each visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service and cleanliness for customers while monitoring safety, security and profitability. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to serve as a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
