DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE - BLOOMSBURG/DANVILLE - $20/hr PLUS COMMISSIONS!

We are seeking energetic, friendly, customer‑focused, self‑motivated individuals to join our sales team and become community experts on fiber internet. The Direct Sales Associate is a hands‑on, in‑the‑field role where you will meet residents (door knocking), introduce Fast Bridge, educate potential customers, and represent our brand.

Fast Bridge offers fast, reliable internet with simple pricing and top‑notch customer support. We bring high‑speed fiber to communities that have been waiting for a future‑forward solution, empowering residents and enhancing the way people live and work.

• Engage with prospective customers face‑to‑face, including door‑to‑door canvassing and distributing marketing materials.
• Participate in local community events, pop‑ups, guerrilla marketing tactics, and marketing programs to raise awareness and grow our customer base.
• Act as a proud advocate of Fast Bridge and exemplify our brand.
• Explain the differences between Fast Bridge Fiber and the competition.
• Follow up with customers who have activated service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Proactively manage all leads and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor competition in your area to identify risks, issues, and opportunities.

• Non‑Launch Week:
  Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm EST
• Launch Week:
  Monday through Thursday, 11:00 am – 7:30 pm EST
• Launch Week:
  Friday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST
• Launch Week:
  Saturday, 10:00 am – 1:00 pm EST

• No sales experience required; must be highly motivated to earn money and have a great attitude.
• Active listener with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven history of excellent customer service values and commitment.
• Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
• Superior time‑management skills to hit sales targets within specific periods.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and counter objections in a consultative manner.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; event participation required.
• Neat personal appearance and professional demeanor.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods while meeting and talking to potential customers.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Base hourly wage of $20/hr plus commissions.
