Location:

Cincinnati, OH

• Manage month‑end close, including journal entries, debits, and credits
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Partner with other departments to support accounting processes and improvements
• Oversee fleet management responsibilities as assigned
• Assist with external audits and ensure compliance with standards
• Work with project managers on percentage of completion and job costing
• Support accurate reporting on multiple active projects in varying stages
• Collaborate with leadership to improve and document accounting procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 3–5 years of accounting experience with a strong foundation in month‑end close, journal entries, debits, and credits
• Experience with percentage of completion accounting or CPA designation required
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments
• Self‑starter with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
