Pay: $65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr (based on skills and experience)

Brauning & Company, LLC is a full‑service public accounting firm located in Blue Ash, OH, providing accounting, tax, compilation, review, and consulting services to small to mid‑size privately held businesses, their owners and independent professionals.

• Tax Preparation: Prepare individual, corporate, non‑profit and partnership tax returns.
• Accounting Services: Lead engagements throughout all phases of accounting, including assisting clients with bookkeeping, completing payroll tax engagements, tax research, compilations and reviews.
• Client Services: Build existing client relationships and work collaboratively with clients and the tax team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA license or EA designation is a plus.
• 2+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including federal and state tax return preparation for individuals and businesses.
• Ability to effectively perform tax research and communicate findings.
• Strong organization, communication, analytical, client service and PC skills, including Microsoft Office and tax software proficiency (Ultra Tax & Axcess).
• Attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Construction and/or restaurant industry experience is a plus.
• Bi‑lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
