OpportunitySeeking an ambitious, results‑oriented Director to lead our national commercial sales strategy. This high‑impact role requires a strategic operator who can inspire teams, execute complex commercial deals, and deliver predictable, scalable revenue growth nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Own development and execution of comprehensive national commercial sales plans, forecasts, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and expansion opportunities to grow revenue and volume across all regions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Lead relationship management efforts, nurture client loyalty, and secure new business opportunities.
- Financial Performance: Own and manage the P&L for the commercial sales division.
- Market Presence: Travel 25%–50% annually to engage clients, stakeholders, and represent the organization in key markets.
- Revenue Optimization: Optimize pricing, promotions, incentives, and contract negotiations to maximize sales performance and profitability.
- Sales Force Productivity: Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance productivity, implement best practices, and drive pipeline discipline.
- Team Motivation & Management: Motivate, mentor, and lead cross‑functional teams to execute targeted campaigns and foster high performance.
- Performance & Reporting: Define and track KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, and provide data‑driven insights to executive leadership.
- Training & Development: Oversee advanced training programs for national sales teams, especially in complex contract negotiation.

- Experience: 10+ years in commercial sales management or leadership roles with a proven record of driving significant year‑over‑year growth and scaling national operations.
- Industry Acumen: Deep expertise in Commercial Services or Consumer Services.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision making, comfortable managing complex data sets and forecasting models.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical
Skills:
High proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting/forecasting tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Industry: Experience with in HVAC and related equipment, pricing, and competitive landscape.
- Cross‑Functional Expertise: Preferred candidates possess operations management experience collaborating closely with operational leadership.
