Job Overview
Adjunct faculty for Anatomy & Physiology / Pharmacology at UC Blue Ash College. Part-time faculty may teach Anatomy & Physiology I and/or II (lecture and lab) or Introduction to Pharmacology. Courses target undergraduate nursing, dental hygiene, and allied health students. Classes may be offered day or evening.
Responsibilities- Teach assigned undergraduate courses on a part-time basis.
- Use Canvas and any textbook-specific systems; evaluate coursework using best practices.
- Hold regular office hours and respond to student communications in a timely manner.
- Engage in at least one professional development workshop per year.
- Participate in other activities ancillary to or in support of teaching responsibilities.
- Review and respond promptly to all university-related communications.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in a biological science field (General Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, or related field).
- At least one year of teaching experience in a college setting (preferred).
