Emerging Professionals Program – Human Services & Operations

Start Date: Summer 2026

Status: Fullfolios (37.5 hours/week)

Pay: $40,000+ (commensurate with degree & experience)

Work Location: Hybrid – Blue Ash, OH

Overview

Launch your career with purpose. Our Emerging Professionals Program is a unique opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands‑on experience in the field of aging and disability services. Participants will engage in meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and explore career pathways within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and community site visits to gain a comprehensive understanding of our mission and services.
  • Analyze systems and processes, offering fresh ideas for improvement.
  • Compile reports and present findings to staff and leadership.
  • Build professional relationships across departments and represent the organization positively.
  • Provide feedback to help shape the future of the program.
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or within 2 years of graduating from a bachelors or masters program in social work, public health, human services, or a related field for the Care Coordination and Assessment track.
  • Recent graduate or within 2 years of graduating from a bachelors or masters program in business, non‑profit management, marketing, or other operations related field for the Operations track.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a mission‑driven team.
  • Ability to travel locally for site visits and community engagement.

This program is designed to prepare participants for full‑time roles such as Care Manager, Service rolls, or non‑profit operations upon completion. If you’re ready to grow your career while making a difference,
