* Qualifications:

*** Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Must have multi-site management experience
* 2-5 years of management experience preferably in a skilled nursing facility
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Must be able to travel as necessary
** Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*** Assures all patient needs are met, treatment is well-documented, good outcomes are achieved and the therapy departments operate efficiently, during site visits
* Provides in-services and training to staff as requested
* Functions as a resource for clinical program and caseload development
* Develops educational materials for rehab departments
* Provides documentation and billing training
* Completes Quarterly Documentation Audits for each facility
* Schedules conference calls /meetings with therapy directors for communication and training as needed
* Participates in responses to any denied therapy claims
* Assures the clinical, operational and financial success in each designated facility
* Achieves optimal practice performance of therapy department through mentoring, problem-solving, brainstorming and supervising the therapy director
* Visits all assigned facilities, with availability to therapy directors and facilities via phone and email on an ongoing basis
* Participates in operations review calls with senior management
* Participates in other senior management functions as needed to assure company success
