** Regional Director of Business Development.
** This position works out of our corporate offices in Blue Ash, OH.  The position of Regional Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading business devolpment at all of our sites though providing leadership and structure to our Directors of Business Development, as well as playing a key part in developing new territiores as we expand into new markets.  

The ideal candidate for the Regional Director of Business Development will have knowledge of and experience with insurance systems, and health care marketing knowledge and experience. At least 2 years of multi site leadership is preferred for this role. This position involves travel throughout our service area and will be out of the company offices 75% of the time.  The Regional Director of Business Development is a full time, salaried position.

* ** Must have proven track record of health care marketing success in Behavioral Health and Addictions**
* ** Multi Site Leadership preferred
*** Knowledge and experience with Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance
* Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail
* Advanced computer skills
* Reliable transportation a must
* Flexibility with days and time needed
* Able to work independently
* Pleasant personality
