Registered Nurse (RN) – Staff Perioperative/Procedural

Cincinnati Rehabilitation Hospital, Blue Ash, OH
Full‑time, Full-time

Base pay range: $36.00/hr – $50.00/hr (actual pay determined by experience and qualifications)

Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation. Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager and co‑workers. Participates in discharge planning.

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• Detail‑oriented, able to meet strict time frames
