Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager
, you will work to support the Store Manager in the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff. This position will help build the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of our Retail Sales Associates, or Outfitters, as we call them.

Qualifications
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Supports the Store Manager
  • Assists with training new employees
  • Responsible for fostering customer happiness
  • Deliver a positive shift experience for every team member
  • Executes Opening and Closing duties (by doing and delegating) to ensure the store stays clean, organized and operating smoothly for customers and employees
  • “Manager on Duty” when Store Manager is not present
  • Maintain the Outfitter metrics goals set by Owners and Director of Retail Operations (Insole-65%; Sock-130%; Cross-Sales-35%)
  • Help manager lead monthly team meetings
