Location: Cincinnati, OH - hybrid options available but must be local

Vaco is seeking Full Stack Developers who can design, build, and maintain modern web applications for several of our clients. Ideal candidates are comfortable working across the entire tech stack — front end, back end, APIs, and databases — and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks
• Build and consume RESTful APIs / microservices
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize performance across platforms
• Collaborate with product, UX, and Dev Ops teams throughout the SDLC
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives

(We will consider a variety of tech stacks — not all required)

• JavaScript, Type Script, or similar programming languages
• Front-end frameworks:
  React, Angular, or Vue
• Back-end:
  Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or similar
• Databases: SQL & No
  
  SQL
• Git / version control and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Cloud experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Containerization:
  Docker / Kubernetes
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, JUnit, etc.)
• Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, SSO)
