Position: MINNESOTA | Full-Time Cashier (Days) | Blue Earth
Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with Cashier experience. Cashier positions offer an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Product knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail Oriented
• Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods
• Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be available to work flexible hours - mornings or mid-day and rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit card, checks)
• Scan, bag items and issue receipts for customers
• Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
• Maintain clean, organized checkout area
• Promote store loyalty programs, special promotions/coupon redemption
• Handling phone calls

Starting Wage is $14.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
