Class A or B CDL Route Driver – Darling Ingredients

New higher starting pay – Earn $29.03/hour to start! After 90 days, $29.53/hour.

• Collect and transport raw materials from customers, including small family farms, hog confinements, locker plants, restaurants, large‑scale slaughterhouses, and food processors back to our facility in Blue Earth, MN.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday, with some Saturday; flexible start time (5:00am–7:00am); 10–11 hours per day.
• Compile and inspect products at pick‑up for foreign material; maintain an Electronic DOT log; conduct pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections; observe company policy, regulations, and safety rules.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with professional service.
• Complete all required paperwork daily; attend all safety meetings and may serve on the Safety Committee.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A or Class B driver’s license.
• Registered on .

• Route experience within a customer‑oriented environment.
• Ability to work well with internal staff and external customers.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Frequently walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, crouch; occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.; occasionally load deadstock or bins with assistance.

Job functions are conducted in a commercial motor vehicle, at customer locations, and in the plant environment.
