Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

The Project Manager will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout, working as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects anywhere from $20 million to over $200 million.

• Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors.
• Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract.
• Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
• Assist in generation of project costs and Job Cost Report.
• Contribute to the analyzing and forecast of quarterly Total Cost Projection reports.
• Monitor and record training of all staff personnel.
• Monitor project labor.
• Report and track equipment needs.
• Assist preconstruction services in bidding projects.
• Implement applicable safety, EEO, and Affiantive Action programs.
• Participate in the project’s quality process.
• Contribute to schedule and project close-out processes.

• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field), or foreign degree equivalent; and 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with any combination of the following: BIM 360, PM Web, Blue Beam or Building Connected.
• At least 4 years of experience in the field work in environment safety for the construction industry.
• At least 4 years of experience generating RFIs and reviewing submittals for the construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience providing quantity survey and estimates, analyzing subcontractor pricing, monitoring scopes, and negotiating subcontracts.
• At least 3 years of experience working with a CPM Schedule.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing 4D Scheduling and planning to include sequence of work, safety planning, and site logistics planning and ongoing management.
• Position requires an OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety and Health certification.
• Position requires relocation to various unanticipated worksites within continental U.S.
• Requires up to 75% of time at assigned worksite, including various unanticipated worksites within the continental U.S.
• Also requires up to 25% of time for domestic travel.
