Position Overview: St. Mary's Medical Center, a respected healthcare facility in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a dedicated Academic Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time. This unique position combines clinical practice with academic responsibilities, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to both patient care and the education of the next generation of healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Employed by St. Mary's Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with St. Mary's Medical Center
- Board-certified Internal Medicine
- Hybrid Role — Traditional Primary Care and Academics Teaching Residents
- Academic Opportunity — will support Internal Medicine Residency Program Outpatient Clinic
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) - Faculty Appointment
- Academic Teaching
- Base Salary + Productivity Bonus

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $240,000-$260,000.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
