Experienced 2’s Teacher (Potty Training Experience Preferred)

The Learning Experience

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated 2’s Teacher to join our team! Potty training experience is strongly preferred, as you will play a key role in helping our 2-year-olds gain independence and confidence.

• Create a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment for 2-year-olds.
• Support children through daily potty training routines with patience and positivity.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing space where children can learn, explore, and grow.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and potty training progress.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and your teaching team.
• Work collaboratively with center leadership to support enrollment and classroom success.

• Genuine passion for early childhood education.
• 1+ year of teaching experience (preferred) or 6+ months required.
• Potty training experience with toddlers strongly preferred.
• Associate Degree in ECE or related field (preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED (required).
• Must meet all state licensing requirements.
